Providing financial support and management expertise, to initiatives that use data, research, analysis and technology to tackle issues of racial inequality and systemic discrimination in order to build a stronger and more inclusive education system and workforce in the UK.
Providing data-driven, research-based recommendations that help address barriers to racial diversity, inclusion and equity, and prevent the perpetuation of structural forms of privilege, bias and inequality, in policymaking at a local, regional and national level.
Publishing independent, high quality, authenticated, explanatory journalism that enables members of the public to gain a better understanding of the complex issues around racial diversity, inclusion and equity facing black people across all facets of society in the UK.
